Overview
Purchased online educational material, ie. courses and membership subscriptions, are non refundable. The only caveat would be purchase by error (whether or not “error” is present will be determined by the vendor), eg. double purchase by error, in which the problem must be notified and reclaimed immediately. Failure to immediately (ie. within 30 minutes of the purchase) notify will result in forfeiture of refund eligibility. Each case is determined for eligibility on an individual basis by the vendor. If access to membership-protected material has been obtained, even by error, then no refund will be made.
Purchased online sessions can be refunded within the grace period as stated when the booking was made.
Sharing / recording
[Ilicit] Recording, or any type of copy or sharing of the membership-protected material is strictly prohibited and will be legally persecuted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
Gifts are not refundable.
